Jessica Morton earned a BS in Family and Consumer Sciences with a degree in Nutrition and Foods from Texas State University. After working for a year as a Dietary Supervisor at Central Texas Medical Center in San Marcos, TX, she decided to return to school at the University of Houston to complete a post baccalaureate in dietetics and become a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) as well as becoming a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS).
She has expertise working with kids, adolescents and adults from a non-diet and intuitive eating lens. As an RD, she is passionate about helping others build better relationships with food and their bodies. Jessica has historically been the dietitian for Clementine Houston and the program manager for Monte Nido Houston, residential treatment centers located near the Woodlands, TX. She currently lives in the Tomball-area with her two cats Arlo and Astro, and her dog Charlie. As an avid equestrian, she also enjoys spending time outdoors with her horse.
