What Clients Have to Say…

"After two years of constipation, no menstruation, low energy, thinning hair, tooth decay, skin decay, and increased isolation, I was finally ready to ask for help. Abbie was one of my many ED professionals who supported me as I recovered from anorexia. Her ability to flexibly adapt her techniques to my specific needs in a non-judgmental, firm way played the vital role in recovering my menstrual cycle in the final stages of my recovery. I remain grateful for her profound trust in my intuition that empowered me to actively listen to my body with confidence and learn what true health really means.”

"Seeing Abbie has been genuinely life changing for me. She is the first healthcare professional I’ve seen that I feel has actually had a meaningful impact on my health. Not only has her advice helped with managing my PCOS symptoms (I finally got my period back!), but it completely transformed my relationship with food and the way I approach my health. I feel like we as a society have a really unhealthy relationship with food and diet, and her advice helped me see the ways in which my relationship with food was really damaging. I literally tell all my friends about how amazing it was seeing her and I always describe it as “food therapy” haha. Now I tell all my friends to try and find a good dietitian if possible, especially those who have PCOS and have struggled with managing it. I feel like my entire approach to my diet and building a healthy lifestyle has become so much better."
